Happy! :DD

I returned to CG for the first time since I last attended a MO-PY CG session. It turned out amazingly for me.. Not once in the whole of last semester did I ever think I needed to belong to a cell, and I may have been right, but that didn't take away the joy and warmth I felt with the 10-odd members who turned up for Thursday's CG this week. I didn't realise how much I missed having a close-knit community to share about both the ups and downs of the past week.. It feels like it's been such a long while since I've been this free - free to be myself, to laugh out loud that way, to smile without the weariness which had so surreptitiously crept up on me since I relinquished my status as a freshman. I'm so glad I promised you that I'll go back to CG, and I think you're happy too.. :)

Wow. I'm still reeling from the wonderful sharings, and at the thought of the bonds I'm beginning to forge with people I'm not terribly familiar with yet.. People who are genuinely there to seek God. I think this is going to be a great semester together, and I don't want to miss any session.. Even when MM starts going around for the MM-CG sessions. Wheee!

I can't wait to go for confession on Saturday. It's going to be an even more awesome semester now, with this CG :)
