REMEMBER:
Jesus is the ONLY reason for the Season !!
Let our Children & young ones not forget that its JESUS 1st always & Santa comes from the true story of a Bishop/Saint Nicholas who helped the poor...
Santa lives at the North Pole. JESUS is everywhere.
Santa rides in a sleigh JESUS rides on the wind and walks on the water.
Santa comes but once a year JESUS is with us EVERYDAY.
Santa fills your stockings with goodies JESUS supplies all your needs.
Santa comes down your chimney uninvited JESUS stands at your door and knocks.. and then enters your heart.
You have to stand in line to see Santa. JESUS is as close as the mention of His name.
Santa lets you sit on his lap JESUS lets you rest in His arms & carries all your problems !
Santa doesn't know your name, all he can say is "Hi little boy or girl, What's your name?" JESUS knew our name before we did. Not only does He know our name, He knows our address too. He knows our history and future and He even knows how many hairs are on our heads.
Santa has a belly like a bowl full of jelly JESUS has a heart full of love.
All Santa can offer is HO HO HO ! JESUS offers unconditional LOVE, health, help and hope.
Santa says "You better not cry" JESUS says "Cast all your cares on me for I love you".
Santa's little helpers make toys. JESUS makes new life, mends wounded hearts, repairs broken homes and builds mansions of LOVE.
Santa may make you chuckle but JESUS gives you endless joy that is your strength.
While Santa puts gifts under your tree. JESUS became our gift and died on the tree.
It's obvious there is really no comparison. We need to remember WHO Christmas is all about. We need to put Christ back in Christmas. Jesus is always the ONLY reason for the season.

El Shaddai Amy Grant
El shaddai, El shaddai, El-elyon na adonai, Age to age youre still the same, By the power of the name. El shaddai, El shaddai, Erkamka na adonai, I will praise and lift you high, El shaddai.
Through your love and through the ram, You saved the son of abraham; Through the power of your hand, You turned the sea into dry land. To the outcast on her knees, You were the God who really sees, And by your might, You set your children free.
El shaddai, El shaddai, El-elyon na adonai, Age to age youre still the same, By the power of the name. El shaddai, El shaddai, Erkamka na adonai, I will praise and lift you high, El shaddai.
Through the years youve made it clear, That the time of Christ was near, Though the people couldnt see What messiah ought to be. Though your word contained the plan, They just could not understand Your most awesome work was done Through the frailty of your son.
El shaddai, El shaddai, El-elyon na adonai, Age to age youre still the same, By the power of the name. El shaddai, El shaddai, Erkamka na adonai, I will praise you till I die, El shaddai.

Wow. Tired but feeling pretty happy. After cleaning up the rooms in the morning and breaking camp, I went home and made some envelopes, and had a good few hours preparing for the solo songs with Leonard. We headed over to Cher's place early.. and I reunited with the old comm!! It was awesome.. Didn't realise how much I missed them, but gosh I was literally running to the room when I learnt that they were there!! Haven't laughed and massacred songs together for too long. Nico, Jem, Des and I.. Cheryl too! Our mummy of the night! :D We sat on the swing and just enjoyed the company and nonsense all over again. Gosh it has been a while.. The chemistry! HAPPY (loud laughter!)
Later in the night I had short but pretty good chats with Justin and James until 10ish, then I went into the living room where Des was seated in front of the piano.. !! AHHH my idol. Everything he plays is so magical. Chord progressions that are beyond my imagination, and the unbelievable emotion.. Gosh was I nervous playing in front of him when I accompanied Leonard for his solos. Sat and enjoyed the music till midnight with Nic and Matt, then we realised that we were keeping the family up and left. Good company, good music, and good fun. Glad I went for it in spite of all the hiccups and anxiety. Now I'm really looking forward to the 30th. :D
