big sigh! it's 6.18pm now.. so bored :'(

haha. last night played viwawa with mer and yh till 4 in the morning omg. so funny dunno why yh so happy playing hahahaha. &stupid mer being mean to me haha. GRR YES I'M TALKING ABT U

early morning woke up at 8plus to go to SMU to pei ellen for her interview! so exciting haha though i didn't really do anyth except wait for her for 2plus hrs omg haha. but i think the moral support counts.. hope she gets in!!!! ^^ met yao yee also ahaha! he just came out from his interview. talked to him for awhile then went back to waiting for ellen.. haha glad for him tt the hooha with eileen and mee mee's over :))

after tt went to j co for donuts w her.. haha she did pretty ok for the interview!! and looked so nice and mature in her outfit!! yay for her hee. also had to write an essay. aw. i'm awaiting my turn next wk.. just got the email.. it'll be a group interview for me too hope everyth turns out ok!!! hmm. though i'm not really tt keen on SMU anymore..

was 2hrs late for my st nicks funfair date w ying qing charleen and jing yi though haha. went over to meet them.. when i was 268 on the way to st nicks there was this old man behind me complaining abt singapore zzz. first he told the man next to him abt how solid our mrt stations were.. that even a bomb wouldn't be able to crash it or some crap.. then later he went on to say that if some volcano erupted in indonesia our so called "hardy" HDB flats would crack.. how in 30 yrs time our reservoirs wld dry up &how he doesn't have to worry abt it cos he'd be gone by then.. how china is smarter than us cos they have magnetic trains.. though he doesn't know tt singapore can't have magnetic trains cos we're too small.. all this within an agonising 5min for me.. zz.. annoying when ppl complain without hard proof or info to back their claim up. sometimes i can't help but feel so sorry for the poor govt.. working their heads off creating policies and doing their best for unappreciative ppl. sigh.. looked at him w some distaste when we unfortunately got off at the same stop.. he knew.. aww.. oops and i thought i'm usually sympathetic to old ppl :X

ok enough abt not so nice things. aww sigh the fun fair wasn't really fantastic either cos i wasn't feeling too good &it was such a crowd in real humid weather sigh. could barely make my way through.. but on a happy note met mrs yeo omg!! miss her.. ^^ she's still as elegant and funny as before hahaha. and she rmbed us :DD happy!! spent my ten dollars on highly overpriced 100plus, sausage bun and earrings ^^ hee

on the way home met the sweet cleaner auntie from CPF aww!!!! such a coincidence..! she lives in AMK! haha talked to her for awhile.. will see her on monday :D haha. slept my way past my stop on my fav bus 74 &in my fav seat, the one on the second level right in front hee. snore..

haha yes.. friday! ;D

ahaha hope i'll be up and well soon.. i want to exercise on sunday!! aw stupid stomach. hee but ytd was fun hi hi!:D

very bored at home now and reading up on exercise regimes which i will start on once my exercise khakis leave me for tekong ^^ maybe i'll end up fitter than them! HAHA

tried to act heroic and play fatal frame in the broad daylight with my sister impatiently waiting for the first ghost to appear so that she will be permitted to leave the house for an appointment she was already running late for.. in the end i didn't even look at the ghost in the face but already screamed and threw the controller off onto my comfy sofa. brrr. so i went to take a nap instead of continuing.

haha its 530 now and i'm stupidly attempting to watch shutter all by myself because mer keeps rejecting me when i ask her to watch with me. brr.

SIGH. huge sigh of relief here actually. finally done with the doc's appt.. though it wasn't a v satisfactory one i'm glad it's over and done with. as i had expected my hbA1c was horrendous.. i've never had such bad control in years so (as i actually expected also) i started to :'''( .. but the nice diabetic nurse told me not to because i've been doing well.. apart from this.. so although i've been having high sugar levels during this period of time it will not cause complications..

hmm at least now i know why it's been so uncontrollable lately. because of the stupid staggered lunch time and my irregular dinner times, my long acting insulin was unable to cover me sufficiently.. the peaking effect of insulatard also makes me hungry.. their solution for me is to buy a different type of insulin, glargine. it's supposed to be better cos it's a basal type which can cover me for 24 hours. more like the normal human insulin mechanism.. so it'll fine tune my control. and i won't get hungry so much anymore.. so special friend next time u can't say that the emoticon of the fox eating noodles resembles me.. i'm going to lose my trademark appetite.. hahaha looks like u'll have to grow fat urself :DDD

but everytime i think of the fact that glargine is 5 TIMES the price of insulatard i feel like crying. i feel so guilty that my parents have to pay for this.. although they don't mind.. but it actually makes me feel worse.. so i'm going to try not to spend so much of their money.. work work work! sigh. i don't know.. to put it in a not so nice way.. i guess it's the price to pay for a longer life for me.. and one hopefully devoid of any diabetic complications.. (just saw in this brochure today that it's the number one cause of amputations in singapore. SIGH) aww..

doctor yap didn't scold me at all.. seems like i'm the only one who actually expected that haha.. in fact he was so nice and everyth.. my blood test results turned out ok, no complications as yet :) year 7 successfully passed.. omg sounds like it's been forever.. told him abt my concerns abt my numb toes (which are still not totally recovered after so many wks :|) and he checked.. thank goodness he said it should have anyth to do with diabetic complications cos i'm still too young. haha. omg. i need to earn more money next time. then i can pay for everyth. he told me to work hard then mayb i'll be one of the rich UOB card ladies or sth.. his point: healthcare is expensive. tonight he's going for a meeting and is going to try to push for a glargine subsidy.. my cool doc.. you rock doctor yap ^^ jiayou!!!!! hee.

oo then when i was waiting for my turn to collect the vitamin B complex from the pharmacy (which is supposed to help with my toe nerves haha) went into this shop and saw such a comfortable looking cot hahaha.. made me feel like sleeping in it. and i think i can fit though i may have to curl up in a rather uncomfortable position :D:D

waaa. i almost typed "member enquired abt how much to top up into medisave for 2nd WIS payout"

sigh. just finished doing my hypocount profile for tmr's appointment. v depressing and demoralising.. didn't realise tt my bad counts had stretched over so long.. dunno how to face dr yap tmr.. so sad...

came back abt 2 hours ago from an outing w ellen and co. haha happy birthday ellen neo! :D hope she likes the cute tigger hehe. we had dinner together then did our usual shopping (they're the shopping promotors.. HAHA right after my outing w shopping inhibitors ytd.. such a stark contrast in attitudes hee) at fav hula &co and then went for mango &red bean dessert at xing wang. gave out our presents to her then &think she liked them yay hee.. i'm supposedly at childish phase cos i've been giving out childish presents like soft toys and animal calculators.. wonder what i'll get from these ppl on my birthday ahaha!

haha work was at its usual dreary standards.. was almost late for work cos i took a walk for pretty long then probably spent too much time in one of the shops.. ahaha stomach wasn't feeling too good again today. mayb it really is the milk w cereal. diarrhoea x4 :'( but also good since longer toilet breaks = shorter working time. HEHE. erp. highlight of the otherwise sian working day!! hahaha during lunch time called yh and aww he was washing the toilet again HAHA. told him i was gonna drop them a not-really-surprising-since-i-called visit!! rushed over to amoy to get the delicious yet cheap mango milk shake and then rushed over to raffles mrt in my no-friction checkered pumps hahaha. so exciting.. snuck into fullerton pretending to be mature and professional then met yh on the 2nd floor hahaha OMG the hotel room was so nice la. hs came after finishing cleaning the fire escape ahaha gave them my hershey's and had my butter bread lunch over there :D just nice to see them though it was barely for even half hr then rushed back again hee!! was just in time waa it was like the amazing race against time..

took a call then suddenly felt this searing pain in my stomach.. belly said it was heartburn and tt it wld subside after 10min or so.. it was pretty horrible so i took a half an hr break.. felt better after tt.. so now i know how mummy &mer feel when they get their heartburn.. thanks for the concern bel &yao yee :) haha. then continued with dreaded monotony until around 5 plus when i got a call from a familiar voice hahaha.. it was the guy from ytd who was so nice &appreciative.. so funny he also recognised me &kept saying he liked my voice &tt it was v cartoon &he wanted to buy me a lollipop. silly!! but :)

thanks sbf for asking abt me!! i'll let u know abt the horrendous results tmr like i promised. BOOHOO. MISS U &BEING PRO AT AUDI TGT :( hahaha.. listening to ur 2nd fav one step now ;D

omg.. i'm scared aw my sugar level was 23 plus. which is v v v bad dunno what is wrong with me recently. so scary. jab so much extra and eat qt little but still.. doesn't add up.. scared.. had a caller who said he was diabetic and had leg amputation 4 yrs ago.. he wanted to know if he could qualify for WIS based on that handicap but i had to tell him he couldn't.. so sad and i totally felt his pain.. after that call i gave away my sweets to yong cheng who "nobly" ate em up hahaha.. but was emo for awhile and went for a toilet break to find my bearings again.. though it only took awhile since i'm becoming a tough cookie!! and i had a short chat with that sweet old auntie again ^^ still.. i hope i can bring my count down. kinda apprehensive abt doc's appt on wed :'( i can't can't can't imagine life without a strong back or my legs or my eyesight.. i'd just die if i lose any of them :'(

haha i had qt a gd day at work today.. i think attitude counts :D when i sound chirpy (thinking back, it sounds abit too chirpy if people around me are listening in) the members seem to be nicer and so sweet to me! haha! they were like calling me dear.. thank you dear.. i really appreciate u.. and one of them was telling me that if she were a guy she would fall in love with me cos my voice was so nice and sweet HAHA omg.. i think none of my friends would agree with her heeee but its so nice to hear! *shy (haaa!!!) and do i really sound 14-15? or is the caller retarded like yh so nicely put it? HAHAHA..

thank goodness i didn't eat andersen's ice cream. or mcflurry. or drink milkshake. thank u my shopping restrictors.. but i predict that i'm going to have two new naggy mothers from now on....

dunno what's with my temper these few days. sigh. bear with me. it has to do w high blood sugar levels also. sian zzzz

ahaha darn it's monday again!

another day at work. but i've just read a nice email that hopefully will give me the strength to pull it through this week and feel happier at the end of it :D actually work may not be so bad.. might get nice callers..! hopehope! maybe i might even get to do voice mail again!! though that's quite unlikely. but happy happy!! gonna drop lunch visits/ meet up after work to look for ellen's present :D

just played audition with specialbest! ahaha. sorry sbf abt my sian-ness and sad mood thanks for the cheer up teddy room ahhaah!! u rock ;D sigh. actually we had harboured a vvv shortlived but exciting hope that she could stay over at my place during the uni years!! cos my wonderful condo is much nearer to the unis than her faraway house at parry hee. her mother who's usually v strict with her actually gave her permission so it all boiled down to my parents!!!!!!! but when i asked it was a no BOOHOO SAD SBF OUR DREAM IS CRUSHED...
