nice boring rotty day where i spent alot of time online..





In an interview, Simon lies to us that he hates all the gimmicks the performers come in with. Whatever. He says you have to find out sometimes what is beneath the gimmicks. Well, that part's true. Maybe he learned a lesson from Josh Gracin after all. This is our segue to John Stevens IV, a redheaded Conan O'Brien clone (actually, doesn't he already have one? Damn. He's building an army!), who auditions doing a Dean Martin impersonation with "That's Amore." If you've read any accounts by anybody who auditioned, you know that the producers actually encourage the singers to do little wacky gimmick things to use on the show, but we'll all pretend that John just insisted on doing this. Simon "makes" him sing in his normal voice, which I'm betting he did before the impersonation, because they don't actually show Simon asking him, and he sounds good, if a little piano bar-ish. He's invited to Hollywood.

i dun understand the josh gracin part! r they trying to say tt josh sounded bad? anyway carrothead sounds nice.

Hi there.

My wife and I finished watching the second audition show on American Idol about one hour ago. I am trying to think about who I remember from tonight's episode.

I liked the girl with the red hair. She seemed pretty cool. I remember the Elvis guy. Liked him. I also remembered the girl with the dad. She'll be okay. She talks a little like Dolly Parton, and she'll look like Julia Damato as soon as she does what Paula said about dying her hair.

I thought that the blonde guy with muscles who sang to Paula was kind of creepy. Maybe I'd need to get in touch with my feminine side to relate to his appeal. The guy with the "Sweet Home Alabama"/ Classic Rock medley was kind of amusing. I felt a little sad for him.

One more audition show tomorrow. Yay! I will have to re-watch the audition shows to pick out a few names of the people that I liked. I am interested in seeing more of that 16 year-old Conan O'Brien look-alike. I wonder what he'll be able to do.

John Stevens IV
This adorable, red-haired 16-year-old, who looks nothing like Dean Martin, impersonated Dino for the judges. When Simon asked for another song, Stevens busted out with Sinatra's Way You Look Tonight. It was a spine-tingling rendition and heartwarming win.

yesterdae i saw carrothead on american idol! it was 2 hrs. saw him for abt half a sec. he was wearing tt black suit n holding tt yellow paper thingy which means tt he is going to hollywood thing n said 'yes!' i going to support this guy!!!!!! hope he gts thru. now gt 100+ ppl. onli 32 gt thru. oh my gosh. then later 32 will b split up into i think 4 grps. then 2 frm each will b selected. then the judges each gt to choose one person they wan to ressurect. n america gts to choose another one. so excited!!!! too bad it cnt b everydae. she bangs! she bangs! tt guy so funi corny. cnt sing dance so weird. bt he reali reminds me of ycb. i feel bad for him cos simon was mean as usual. bt he took it so well! gd loser. i like tt! then keep smiling too. goofy. oh wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! maureen juz told me tt the carrothead is willy!!!!! the name!!! willy sth. todae first lesson was maths. gen keep saying tt she hated me cos i kept guessing the correct factor. learnt the factorising thingy. duno wat its called. was qt fun actuali. she brought love letters todae n share. qt nice. then higher chinese we had ting1 xie3. i gt most of the words correct. cheated 2 words onli. at the end exchanged ans when tcher wasnt looking. oh shit! forgot haf to learn mo4 xie3. stupid. din do mo4 xie3 since i was in pri 6 lor. then we all oso took bak the fu zhu test after soooo long. cnt believe i din fail! everyone i noe gt higher than me. bt i very hapi tt i passed. smore gt qt high b4. haha. then assembly n recess! play bball halfway [still cnt shoot...] then it started drizzling. michelle came late so wasnt so wet. we were all drenched. stef was the dryest so we each grabbed an arm or foot n dropped her into a very big puddle. yeah! so fun. bt she still wasnt wet. kept screaming so funi. then physics n lit. lit tcher changed again. i reali hope mrs yoohenthran comes bak soon.. i think she teach gd. then oso dun nid to keep changing tcher again. ipw was very slack. b4 miss fazi came in we were playing wif this reali reali disgustingly real plastic shit thing n scaring ppl. everyone screamed n all. then put on miss fazi chair. bt she din wan to sit at first so we kept saying go sit! u mus b reali tired now. sit n tell us ur cedar stories! then when she finali sat her reaction was so funi! i laughed till my jaw was so suan. then she sang a marilyn monroe version bdae song in tt purry voice for geri. geri's bdae was actuali on the 22nd. in 2 days its elijah wood's! on the 22nd september its frodo's! its oso amanda's one. so lucky. same bdae as frodo! mine is same as david beckham of all ppl!!

oh ya. watched 38 mins of the match at midnite then gt caught by dad. he woke up. i kinda abit irritated wif ronaldo. cos he keep trying to kick. then either fall or sth. bt he still very gd n young n alot of rm for improvement so nvm. silvestre scored a messy goal frm a ronaldo rebound. feel like listening to hit back or feeling this now. anyway. man u won 3-0! bt i feel kinda bad for northampton. its like the FA cup is one of the biggest cups for them. trophies. then for man u its juz another one. n the goalkeeper went "dang" n looked so demoralised after the goal. bt actuali all goalkeepers oso. nistelrooy din play. fergie claims its cos he gt a "nasty kick" frm some practice session.

oh ya. i found out more abt tt carrothead/redhead guy frm american idol! gen says tt he was trying to impersonate dean thomas. i onli noe tt he sings reali reali nice n very xiang4 michael buble... nice. bt then the types of song he cn sing nt alot. cos cn sing tt hapi songs. the voice nt so suited i guess. bt mayb nt i dun noe. cnt wait for wed!!!!!!! hope he gts in to the nxt round! the finals! i think cn. if cnt then i haf to find smone else to support. still dun noe the name. on the 4th of feb cn go to the american idol web -->idol on fox n check the name. oso will check the name of the guy hu sang b4 him. the one hu sang for the president thingy. unchained melody. nice too. n scooter girl n the 21 yr old black girl in blue hu has a reali nice voice. will support all of them. so exciting!!

now going to watch the show. on ch 55. then after tt is the golden globe awards! will haf elijah wood. FRODO!!!!

came home n gt kinda a shock. n oso parents on the verge of divorcing. quarrelled reali long oredi. gt another big shock. was reali scared n mum keep crying everytime she went to the fone to ans call or to call smone. which was qt often. um i think the whole condo noe tt theres sth wrong in fact. bt at least now things abit quieter n peaceful..
